New Issue: India’s IL&FS prints RMB 690 million 7½% notes due 2018 at 8% yield

Atlanta, March 25 – IL&FS Transportation Networks Ltd. – via subsidiary ITNL Offshore Two – sold RMB 690 million 7½% three-year notes at 98.688 to yield 8% on Tuesday, a market source said.

CLSA, ANZ, HSBC and Standard Chartered Bank were the bookrunners for the Regulation S transaction.

IL&FS Transportation is a surface transportation infrastructure company based in Mumbai, India.
