India's IKF Finance considers convertible debentures at board meeting

Knoxville, Tenn., April 21 - IKF Finance Ltd. informed the Bombay Stock Exchange that it will consider a proposal at a board of directors meeting on April 30 to issue convertible debentures.

IKF Finance is an Andhra Pradesh, India-based finance company.
