Chicago, Sept. 15 - American Express Credit Corp. priced $39.31 million of three-year InterNotes on Monday at par to yield 5.7%, according to a 424B3 filing with the Securities and Exchange Commission.
The notes (Aa3/A+/) are non-callable.
Banc of America Securities LLC and Incapital LLC were the agents.
