Malaysia’s IHH Healthcare starts $2 billion medium-term note program

New York, July 14 – IHH Healthcare Bhd. said its Parkway Pantai Ltd. subsidiary has established a $2 billion multicurrency medium-term note program.

The company may sell notes and perpetual securities, according to a company announcement.

Proceeds will be used for general corporate purposes, including working capital, capital expenditures and refinancing debt.

Kuala Lumpur, Malaysia-based IHH is an operator of hospitals in Asia, eastern and central Europe and the Middle East.
