IHH Healthcare’s Parkway unit to redeem perpetual notes early

Chicago, June 21 – Malaysia’s IHH Healthcare Bhd. announced it will exercise its option to redeem all of its $500 million 4¼% senior perpetual securities (ISIN: XS1652511566) issued by Parkway Pantai Ltd., an indirect wholly owned subsidiary, according to a notice.

The notes will be redeemed on July 27 at par with accrued distributions to the redemption date.

Kuala Lumpur, Malaysia-based IHH is an operator of hospitals in Asia, eastern and central Europe and the Middle East.
