Russia's IG Seismic to sell RUB 6 billion five-year bonds in two parts

Chicago, July 29 - IG Seismic Services plc said it plans to place RUB 6 billion of five-year bonds in two tranches.

The bonds will be issued by open subscription in two issues of RUB 3 billion each at par of RUB 1,000 per bond, according to a company press release.

The bonds will have a call option.

CJSC VTB Capital and CJSC Sbernbank CIB are the managing banks. Underwriters also include OJSC Gazprombank, CJSC Raiffeisen Bank, OJSC Sviaz-Bank, OJSC Otkritie Bank, OJSC Nomos-Bank and OJSC Alfabank.

IG Seismic is a pure-play land and transition zone seismic company based in Moscow.
