India's IG Petrochemicals may issue convertibles

Seattle, Feb. 23 - IG Petrochemicals Ltd. said its board of directors will discuss the possible issuance of convertible debentures or convertible preference shares at a meeting on March 2.

The securities may be cumulative or non-cumulative and may be partly, fully or optionally convertible, according to a company news release.

The Maharashtra, India-based petrochemicals company said it may also issue equity shares and warrants.
