iGate to redeem $325 million 4¾% senior notes due 2019 on July 31

Chicago, July 7 – iGate Corp. called its $325 million of outstanding 4¾% senior notes due 2019, according to an 8-K filing with the Securities and Exchange Commission.

The notes will be redeemed at par plus a premium on July 31.

Holders also will receive accrued interest to but excluding the redemption date.

The company was acquired by Cap Gemini SA on July 1, and iGate shares will stop trading and will be delisted from the Nasdaq, according to a company press release.

iGate is an integrated technology and operations company with most of its operations in India. The company is based in Bridgewater, N.J.
