Chicago, March 14 - IGas Energy plc said it arranged a $165 million 10% five-year senior secured bond issue.
The issue terms include a semiannual amortization of 2.5% of the initial loan amount.
Proceeds will be used to refinance the company's debt and for general corporate purposes.
The new bond issue will be listed in Oslo.
ABG Sundal Collier Norge ASA is the arranger and bookrunner.
IGas is a London-based onshore hydrocarbon producer, delivering natural gas and crude oil to Britain's energy market.
