IFCO Systems may choose to refinance notes with high-yield bonds

New York, May 15 - IFCO Systems NV announced that it is looking at various refinancing options, including high-yield bonds, to address mid-2010 maturities.

In 2003, the company priced €110 million of senior secured notes due Oct. 15, 2010 at par to yield 10 3/8%.

The issuer is an Amsterdam-based provider of logistics services and reusable plastic containers.
