IESI to sell $150 million 10-year notes

St. Louis, Mo., May 24 - IESI Corp. is planning an offering of $150 million senior subordinated notes due 2012 (B3/B-), according to a syndicate source. Management will be available to talk to investors on Tuesday.

Credit Suisse First Boston and Salomon Smith Barney are joint bookrunners. Co-managers are Fleet Securities and JP Morgan.

The Rule 144A notes are non-callable for five years.

The Haltom, Texas waste collection company will use proceeds to repay bank debt.
