Strides Arcolab, Abdi Ibrahim to set up joint-venture company

Tampa, Fla., June 12 - Strides Arcolab Ltd. and Abdi Ibrahim, a Turkish pharmaceutical company, have signed a 50-50 joint venture agreement to introduce a range of specialty pharmaceutical products developed by the company for the Turkish and neighboring markets.

The new company will be called Abdi Strides and will leverage Strides' product pipeline and manufacturing capabilities with Abdi Ibrahim's sales and marketing team in Turkey.

Strides Arcolab is a global pharmaceutical company based in Bangalore, India.
