Fine Capital sells shares of IDT

Charlotte, N.C., April 30 - Investors led by Fine Capital Partners, LP sold 513,100 shares of IDT Corp. between April 4 and April 28.

The shares were priced from $3.82 to $4.20 each, according to a schedule 13D filing with the Securities and Exchange Commission.

The investors beneficially own 3,528,839, or 6.9%, of the Newark telecommunications company.
