By Caroline Salls

Pittsburgh, Sept. 24 - IdleAire Technologies Corp. appointed James H. Price as its interim chief executive officer following the resignation of chief restructuring officer Stephen S. Gray, according to a Wednesday filing with the U.S. Bankruptcy Court for the District of Delaware.

The company said CRG Partners Group LLC has also resigned as its crisis managers.

Gray and CRG resigned after the closing of the sale of substantially all company assets.

Based in Knoxville, Tenn., IdleAire is a privately held research and development company that provides products and services for the long-haul trucking freight industry. The company filed for bankruptcy on May 12. Its Chapter 11 case number is 08-10960.
