Idearc disclosure hearing pushed back by three weeks

Portland, Ore., Aug. 5 - Idearc Inc.'s hearing for approval of the disclosure statement for its plan of reorganization was adjourned to Aug. 26 by the U.S. Bankruptcy Court for the Northern District of Texas at the request of the company, an attorney said Wednesday.

The hearing was originally scheduled for June 23 and has been pushed back several times already. It was most recently scheduled for Aug. 5.

Idearc, a Dallas-based provider of yellow and white page directories and related advertising products, filed for bankruptcy on March 31. Its Chapter 11 case number is 09-31828.
