Idearc shareholders seek trustee appointment, committee representation

Pittsburgh, July 6 - Idearc Inc. equityholders Sarbajit and Projna Paromita Mitra have asked the U.S. Bankruptcy Court for the Northern District of Texas to appoint a trustee and an official committee of equity security holders for the company's bankruptcy case, according to a Monday court filing.

The Mitras said Idearc's equityholders are unrepresented in the company's bankruptcy case.

Idearc, a Dallas-based provider of yellow and white page directories and related advertising products, filed for bankruptcy on March 31. Its Chapter 11 case number is 09-31828.
