Idearc official unsecured creditors committee reappointed again

Pittsburgh, Nov. 13 - Idearc Inc.'s U.S. Trustee appointed a fourth amended official committee of unsecured creditors for the company's bankruptcy case to remove one member, according to a Friday filing with the U.S. Bankruptcy Court for the Northern District of Texas.

Specifically, Nate Schwartz of Techniservice is no longer a member of the committee.

The amended committee is comprised of Diana Jacobs of U.S. Bank NA of Seattle; Rebwar Berzinji of Ahab Capital Management, Inc. of New York; Alex Zyngier of Smith Management LLC, based in New York; Patrick O'Neil of Communication Workers of America, based in Cumberland, Maine; Mark Palmer of MatlinPatterson Global Advisors, LLC of New York; Stan Fedorenko of Centerbridge Partners of New York; and Dan Pevonka of RR Donnelley Credit Services, based in Downers Grove, Ill.

Idearc, a Dallas-based provider of yellow and white page directories and related advertising products, filed for bankruptcy on March 31, 2009. Its Chapter 11 case number is 09-31828.
