Idearc official unsecured creditors committee gains two new members

Pittsburgh, Oct. 21 - Idearc Inc.'s U.S. Trustee appointed a third amended official committee of unsecured creditors for the company's bankruptcy case to add two new members, according to a Wednesday filing with the U.S. Bankruptcy Court for the Northern District of Texas.

The new members are Mark Palmer of MatlinPatterson Global Advisors, LLC of New York and Stan Fedorenko of Centerbridge Partners of New York.

The rest of the committee is comprised of Diana Jacobs of U.S. Bank NA of Seattle; Rebwar Berzinji of Ahab Capital Management, Inc. of New York; Alex Zyngier of Smith Management LLC, based in New York; Nate Schwartz of Techniservice of Kennett Square, Pa.; Patrick O'Neil of Communication Workers of America, based in Cumberland, Maine; and Dan Pevonka of RR Donnelley Credit Services, based in Downers Grove, Ill.

Idearc, a Dallas-based provider of yellow and white page directories and related advertising products, filed for bankruptcy on March 31, 2009. Its Chapter 11 case number is 09-31828.
