New Issue: Idaho Bond Bank Authority prices $66.34 million of 2012 D revenue bonds

New York, Nov. 29 - The Idaho Bond Bank Authority priced $66.34 million of series 2012D revenue bonds, according to a term sheet.

The bonds (Aa1) were sold through senior manager Seattle-Northwest Securities Inc.

The bonds are due 2013 to 2030 with term bonds due in 2032 and 2038. The serial coupons range from 2% to 5%. The 2032 bonds have a 3% coupon priced at 101.094 and the 2038 bonds have a 3.125% coupon priced at 98.688.

Proceeds will be used to finance and refinance wastewater system projects within the state.
