IdaCorp files $598.8 million automatic shelf registration

New York, Nov. 20 - IdaCorp, Inc. registered to sell $598.8 million of common stock and debt securities in an S-3ASR filing with the Securities and Exchange Commission.

The company said that proceeds will go toward investing in or making loans to its subsidiaries and to repay debt.

Boise, Idaho-based IdaCorp is a diversified energy and technology group.
