American Energy Partners sets Tuesday investor call for $1.4 billion bridge loan

Portland, Ore., June 10 – Goldman Sachs & Co. scheduled an investor conference call at 4 p.m. ET Tuesday to discuss the syndication of the American Energy Partners LP $1.4 billion senior unsecured bridge loan, according to a market source.

Oklahoma City-based American Energy Partners is involved in onshore U.S. unconventional resource plays.
