Moody's stabilizes Icici Bank UK view

Moody's Investors Service said it changed the outlook to stable from negative and affirmed Icici Bank UK plc’s Baa2 long-term senior unsecured debt and deposit ratings and Ba2 subordinated debt rating.

“The outlook on the long-term deposit and senior unsecured debt ratings changed to stable from negative in line with the outlook change on its parent Icici Bank Ltd. (Icici, Baa3 stable, ba1) as well as from the much improved operating environment and reduced risk appetite of the bank,” Moody’s said in a press release.
