India’s Icici Bank calls $750 million 6 3/8% fixed-to-floaters at par

Chicago, March 29 – Icici Bank Ltd. published a redemption notice for its $750 million 6 3/8% fixed-to-floating subordinated debt securities.

The notes will be redeemed on April 30 at a redemption price of $1,031.875 for each $1,000 of notes, or par plus accrued interest to but excluding the redemption date, according to the notice.

Bank of New York Mellon (CTSingaporeGCS@bnymellon.com) is the paying agent.

Icici Bank is based in Mumbai.
