Atlanta, March 28 - India's Icici Bank Ltd. priced A$150 million 6 1/8% five-year notes (Baa2/BBB-/) at 99.665 to yield 6.205%, or mid-swaps plus 245 basis points, a market source said.
The notes were talked at a spread in the 250 bps area.
ANZ and HSBC were the bookrunners for the Regulation S deal.
