New Issue: India's Icici Bank prices RMB 650 million 4% notes due 2015 at par

Atlanta, June 18 - India's Icici Bank Ltd. sold RMB 650 million two-year notes (Baa2) at par to yield 4%, a market source said.

Standard Chartered Bank and HSBC were the bookrunners for the deal.

Icici Bank is based in Mumbai, India.
