Icici Bank UK to redeem $77.5 million notes due 2018 on July 22

Madison, Wis., June 14 - London-based Icici Bank UK plc notified holders of its outstanding $77.5 million subordinated notes due 2018 that it will redeem the notes in full on July 22.

The subsidiary of Mumbai-based Icici Bank Ltd. said it will redeem the notes at par plus interest accrued to the redemption date.
