New Issue: India's Icici Bank prices CHF 100 million 2¾% notes at par to yield mid-swaps plus 227.7 bps

Atlanta, Dec. 12 - India's Icici Bank Ltd. priced a CHF 100 million issue of 2¾% notes due Jan. 7, 2020 (Baa3/BBB-/) at par to yield 2¾%, or mid-swaps plus 227.7 basis points, a market source said.

Deutsche Bank was the bookrunner for the deal.

Icici Bank is based in Mumbai, India.
