India's ICICI Bank plans to issue $1 billion bonds

New York, July 15 - ICICI Bank Ltd. plans to issue $1 billion of bonds, according to a market source.

Proceeds will be used to expand its global businesses.

ICICI is India's second-largest commercial bank.
