India's ICICI raises $150 million loan

New York, June 4- ICICI's has raised $150 million in a three-year syndicated loan, according to a market source.

The bank will pay 43 basis points over Libor for the three-year loan.

ABN Amro, Bank of America Corp., DBS Group Holdings Ltd., Raiffeisen Zentralbank Oesterreich AG, Natexis Banques Populaires and Chinatrust Commercial Bank are arranging ICICI's loan.

Mumbai-based ICICI is India's largest private bank.
