New Issue: India’s Icici Bank allots Rs. 9.45 billion of 7.1% tier 2 debentures

Olympia, Wash., Feb. 18 – Icici Bank Ltd. allotted Rs. 9.45 billion of 7.1% subordinated tier 2 debentures due Feb. 17, 2030 at par, according to a press release.

The 9,450 Basel 3-compliant debentures were allotted on a private placement basis on Feb. 17.

The debentures are callable after five years.

Icici Bank is based in Mumbai.
