Iceweb amends terms of series O and series Q warrants it sold in 2011

Strike price of both warrants has been reduced to $0.028 from $0.17

Knoxville, Tenn., April 12 - Iceweb Inc. revised the terms of the warrants it sold in a November 2011 private placement of senior convertible notes on April 10, according to an 8-K filed Tuesday with the Securities and Exchange Commission. The warrants are exercisable for 939,260 shares.

The series O warrants and series Q warrants originally were exercisable at $0.17 per share. The company has now reduced the strike prices to $0.028 per share.

Based in Herndon, Va., Iceweb creates and hosts online training programs.
