New Issue: Horse Gallop Finance sells $600 million 1.1% guaranteed notes due 2024

Buffalo, N.Y., July 26 – Horse Gallop Finance Ltd., a subsidiary of ICBC International Holdings Ltd., priced $600 million of 1.1% guaranteed notes due Oct. 15, 2024, according to a listing notice on Thursday.

The Regulation S notes, issued under the company’s $4 billion medium-term note program, are guaranteed by the parent company.

The joint global coordinators, joint lead managers and joint bookrunners for the offering are ICBC, HSBC, Agricultural Bank of China Ltd., Hong Kong Branch, Bank of China, Bank of Communications, China Construction Bank (Asia), CMB Wing Lung Bank Ltd., CMBC Capital, Mizuho Securities, Bank of East Asia, Ltd. and Industrial Bank Co., Ltd., Hong Kong Branch.

ABC International, CCB International, China Citic Bank International, China Everbright Bank Hong Kong Branch, China International Capital Corp., China Minsheng Banking Corp., Ltd., Hong Kong Branch, Everbright Securities International, Maybank Nanyang Commercial Bank, Shanghai Pudong Development Bank Hong Kong Branch and Standard Chartered Bank are also serving as joint lead managers and joint bookrunners.

The listing for the notes is expected to become effective July 27.

Horse Gallop Finance is incorporated in the British Virgin Islands and is a subsidiary of ICBC and acts as a fundraising vehicle for its parent.
