Knoxville, Tenn., April 15 - IBC Advanced Alloys Corp. said it will conduct a private placement of shares to raise C$1.5 million.
The company will sell common shares at C$0.15 each.
Settlement is expected Friday.
Proceeds will be used to source and analyze prospective acquisitions, for working capital and for general corporate purposes.
The manufacturer and distributor of beryllium-based alloys and related products is based in Vancouver, B.C.
