Chile's Iansa talks $100 million seven-year notes 7 1/8%-7 3/8%, to price this week

St. Louis, July 20 - Iansa Overseas (Cayman) talked its $100 million offering of seven-year senior unsecured notes (/BB/BB) at 7 1/8% to 7 3/8% on Wednesday, according to a market source.

The deal is expected to price during the remainder of the present week.

ABN Amro has the books for the Rule 144A/Regulation S offering.

Proceeds will be used to refinance existing debt.

The notes will be guaranteed by Empresas Iansa SA.

The company is a Santiago, Chile, sugar producer.
