By Reshmi Basu

New York, July 14 - Iansa Overseas (Cayman) plans to issue $100 million of seven-year senior unsecured notes to refinance existing debt, according to a market source.

A U.S. roadshow is scheduled to start on Monday.

ABN Amro will run the Rule 144A/Regulation issue.

The notes will be non-callable for four years.

Empresas Iansa SA will guarantee the notes. Santiago-based Empresas Iansa is Chile's only sugar producer.
