Atlanta, Nov. 10 - IA Global Inc. raised $1.13 million in a private placement, the company said Wednesday.
PBAA Fund Ltd., Inter Asset Japan Co. Ltd. and a business partner of chief executive officer Alan Margerison bought 4,448,820 shares at $0.254. The price was determined by the trailing five-day average closing price ending Nov. 8.
The Burlingame, Calif.-based IA Global is a holding company for American and Japanese entertainment, media and technology companies. It plans to use the proceeds from the financing to develop its Rex Tokyo business and for general corporate purposes.
