Moody’s: IAC unaffected

Moody's Investors Service said IAC/InterActiveCorp.'s Ba1 corporate family rating, long-term debt ratings (liberty bonds at Baa3; senior unsecured notes at Ba1), SGL-1 speculative grade liquidity rating and stable outlook are not immediately impacted by the announcement that Match Group, a subsidiary that comprises IAC's online dating websites and non-dating subscription businesses, plans to acquire PlentyofFish Media Inc. for $575 million.
