IAC/InterActiveCorp. moves up timing; $500 million 10-year notes set to price Tuesday

Portland, Ore., Dec. 17 - IAC/InterActiveCorp. cut short a brief roadshow for its $500 million offering of 10-year senior notes (expected ratings Ba1/BB+) and will price the notes on Tuesday, according to a market source.

The deal was originally announced as Wednesday business.

J.P. Morgan Securities LLC, Goldman Sachs & Co., Bank of America Merrill Lynch and BNP Paribas are the joint bookrunners. PNC Capital Markets and RBC Capital Markets are the co-managers.

The Rule 144A and Regulation S with registration rights notes come with five years of call protection.

Proceeds will be used for general corporate purposes.

The prospective issuer is a New York-based internet company that reports revenue in search, personals, media and other areas.
