Liberty Media sells 2.27 million shares of IAC/Interactive

Charlotte, N.C., Oct. 2 - Liberty Media Corp. sold 2,272,300 shares of IAC/Interactive Corp. common stock between Sept. 25 and Oct. 1 priced from $19.77 to $20.85 each, according to a schedule 13D/A filed with the Securities and Exchange Commission on Friday.

Liberty Media, an Englewood, Colo., entertainment company, beneficially owns 38,034,001 shares, or 28.7%, of IAC/Interactive, a New York-based internet company.
