Liberty Media sells 2.45 million shares of IAC/Interactive

Charlotte, N.C., Jan. 15 - Liberty Media Corp. sold 2,447,000 shares of IAC/Interactive Corp. common stock between Dec. 18 and Jan. 9, keeping a 31% ownership interest.

The shares were priced from $15.50 to $16.42 each, according to a schedule 13D/A filed with the Securities and Exchange Commission.

Liberty Media, an Englewood, Colo., entertainment company, beneficially owns 43,452,101 shares of IAC/Interactive, a New York-based internet company.
