i2Technologies CEO sells 1 million shares, keeps 20.1% stake

Charlotte, N.C., Aug. 27 - Sanjiv S. Sidhu and Sidhu-Singh Family Investments, Ltd. sold 1 million shares of i2 Technologies, Inc. on Aug. 25 for $15.27 each, according to a schedule 13D/A filed on Thursday with the Securities and Exchange Commission.

Sidhu is the company's chief executive officer, president and chairman.

The investors beneficially own 4,508,900 shares, or 20.1%, of the Dallas-based supply chain management solutions company's outstanding stock.
