Moody's: Hyva view negative

Moody's Investors Service said it changed the outlook on the B2 corporate family and probability of default ratings and senior secured debt instrument rating of Hyva Global BV to negative from stable.

"The change in the outlook to negative was prompted by our expectation that Hyva's operating performance will continue to be adversely affected by depressed demand for commercial vehicles and machinery equipment in China, India, Brazil and certain European countries throughout the remainder of the year with prospects for an only modest recovery in 2013," Moody's lead analyst for Hyva Kathrin Heitmann said in a news release.
