Hypertension Diagnostics extends expiry of warrants from 2003 private placement

New York, March 31 - Hypertension Diagnostics, Inc. extended the expiration date on warrants it issued in an August 2003 private placement.

The series B warrants sold as part of units in a $2.3 million series A convertible preferred offering settled Aug. 28, 2003 will now be exercisable through April 28, 2006, moved back from March 31, 2006.

The expiry had been extended once before. The original expiration date on the warrants was Feb. 28, 2005.

Based in Eagan, Minn., Hypertension Diagnostics develops instruments to detect cardiovascular ailments.
