Hypertension delays expiry on B warrants

Chicago, June 29 - Hypertension Diagnostics, Inc. said it extended the deadline for exercising half of the B warrants issued in August 2003.

The warrants now expire Sept. 28, extended from June 29. Before that, the deadline was March 30.

The company also extended the expiry on the B warrants issued February 2004 to Sept. 28 from June 29 and March 30.

Holders who exercise at least half the February B warrants by Sept. 28 can exercise the remaining half of those warrants until Dec. 28.

Hypertension Diagnostics makes blood pressure waveform analysis equipment and is based in Eagan, Minn.
