Hyperdynamics files automatic shelf for debt securities, convertibles

Chicago, March 24 - Hyperdynamics Corp. filed an automatic shelf registration in an S-3 ASR filing with the Securities and Exchange Commission.

Covered by the shelf are senior debt securities, subordinated debt securities, convertible debt securities, common stock, warrants, common stock purchase contracts and units.

Proceeds will be used for general corporate purposes.

Hyperdynamics is an oil and gas exploration and production company based in Sugar Land, Texas.
