Chapman Capital reports 4.9% stake in American Community Properties

Charlotte, N.C., Aug. 28 - American Community Properties Trust investors led by Chapman Capital LLC sold 16,000 shares between July 1 and Aug. 27 priced from $11.50 to $12.95 each, according to a schedule 13D filing with the Securities and Exchange Commission.

Chapman Capital beneficially owns 255,063 shares, or 4.9%, of the company's outstanding stock.

American Community is a diversified real estate organization based in St. Charles, Md. The company also has operations in Puerto Rico.
