Huntsville, Ala., to price $163.05 million G.O. warrants Wednesday

New York, Aug. 27 - The City of Huntsville in Alabama plans to sell $163.05 million in series 2010 general obligation refunding and capital improvement warrants on Wednesday, according to a sales calendar.

The offering includes $81.29 million in series 2010A warrants, $62.55 million in series 2010B warrants, $7.52 million in series 2010C recovery zone economic development bonds and $11.69 million in series 2010D refunding warrants.

The bonds (Aaa) will be sold on a negotiated basis.

Proceeds will be used to refund existing debt and improve public facilities.
