Moody's assigns P-1 rating to Huntsville CPs

Moody's Investors Service said it assigned a P-1 rating to $150 million tax-exempt commercial paper notes issued by the Health Care Authority of the City of Huntsville, Ala. The outlook is stable.

The expected sale date is June 30.

Proceeds will to be used to refund the series 1997A bonds ($65.7 million) and series 2002A bonds ($21.7 million) and for capital projects.

Moody's affirmed the A2 long-term rating assigned to $379 million of bonds to remain outstanding.
