New Issue: Huntsville, Ala., brings $61.76 million of general obligation warrants

New York, June 16 – The City of Huntsville, Ala., priced $61.76 million of series 2015A general obligation warrants, according to a pricing sheet.
The warrants (Aaa/AAA/) were sold competitively. The issuer did not immediately respond to requests for the winning bidder Tuesday.
The warrants are due 2016 to 2035 with 2% to 5% coupons.
Proceeds will be used to improve roadways, parks, recreational facilities, public safety facilities and other capital projects.
