Huntsman sets Thursday morning investor call for €300 million 10-year bullet offering

Portland, Ore., March 18 – Huntsman International LLC, a wholly owned subsidiary of Huntsman Corp., plans to participate in an investor conference call scheduled for 7:30 a.m. ET on Thursday to discuss a €300 million offering of non-callable 10-year senior notes (expected ratings B1/B+), according to market sources.

The Rule 144A and Regulation S deal is expected to price later in the day on Thursday.

Goldman Sachs, Barclays, BofA Merrill Lynch, Citigroup Global Markets, HSBC, JPMorgan, PNC and RBC are the joint bookrunners. Commerzbank is the co-manager.

The Woodlands, Texas-based chemical company plans to use the proceeds to redeem a portion of its 8 5/8% senior subordinated notes due 2021.
